Fire Sprinkler Tax Incentive Application

 

 

To the applicant: South Carolina Act 357 allows Belmont Fire Department to reduce the amount of property tax you pay to us over the next ten years by up to 25% of the actual costs of fire sprinkler installation. (with an approved application.)

You will need:

The paid receipt to a South Carolina licensed Fire Sprinkler Contractor. (The contractor’s contact information, the date of the contract and completion date should be included).
